RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@wearkefa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

The item should be returned in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics and functionality. Please handle the item with reasonable care during the withdrawal period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

Once we receive the returned item, or receive proof that the item has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@wearkefa.com before returning it so that we can assist you.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
